Nothing to do but relax & enjoy. Nicely appointed and fully furnished. As close to new as you can get. Most renovations within the last 5 years and some things you will not find anywhere else. Two entrances to the condo, parking out front, soundproofing, and most everything has been renovated and updated. Hardwood flooring throughout and tile bathrooms. No carpet! Stainless appliances & granite counters. Extensive renovations. Too many upgrades to list. Great location close to beach, shopping, restaurants, community center, tennis courts, kayak launch and more all within a few blocks. Close enough but far enough away. Nice quiet area with well established large beach with no erosion issues. Less density in this area vs center of town so less traffic, noise and more room on the beach. An awesome condo and location.
